i grabbed yet another pile of photos from one of my boxes, with the intent of doing some scanning. this particular handful was a set of slides i took in hungary while attending a conference in april last year. i found this photo, and i cannot remember taking it, nor can i pin-point the location, or at what time of day it was taken. but since the rest of the photos from that roll were from budapest, i figure this one is too. the gear used was a nikon f80 and a 50/1.8. that much i know, as it was the only pices of equipment i brought.

side note one: i've got a welcome addition to my setup; a tamron 17-35/2.8-4 lens. i'll take it for a couple of testrolls this weekend.

side note two: tomorrow's my son's first birthday. i'll spend the day buying him gifts:)
