today is my birthday. yay to me:) i'm definitely not cold and lonely. i was sound asleep when tove and leonard came into the bedroom this morning, singing and bringing me breakfast in bed. as far as i can remember, this is the first time i wasn't awake, listening for the birthday morning procession; when i was little, i could hardly sleep the night before a birthday, and when the morning came, i pretended to sleep when my parents brought me breakfast and gifts. not so today. i got a trip to go skiing up north in a couple of months, and some clothing to go with that. it'll be a blast.

oh, and my parents got me an external 160Gb harddrive so i don't have to store my photos on my laptop. thanks parents!:)
