have you ever had second thoughts about the validity of an email you've sent late at night after coming home from a club or a pub? me too. so i'm not sure if i should make it even worse by adding more words to this post. aw, whatever. tonight, i've had the best julbord ever. damn, h and h must've worked really hard all week to present us with this vast, never ending flood of food. jansons frestelse, trattkantarellomelett, sill, saffranspotatis, gravad lax, hemmgjorda köttbullar, prinskorv, fikonchutney. and to top it off, nils oscar julaquavit. as dessert, they served pannacotta with a scent of saffron. i'm speechless. almost.
