i'm heading for gothenburg this weekend. again. yet another meeting with the grad school. i'm not saying i don't enjoy it, there's usually good company, good food and good drinks to be had, but i don't enjoy spending a weekend away from the family. the mentality of swedish academia is along the lines: the professor says "jump", and you as a phd student is supposed to ask "how high?".

hopefully, i'll be meeting up with cj for a lunch and some photo talk at mi noodle bar. still haven't found a place like mi in stockholm, although i'm sure there must be such places here. right?
