a man greeting the morning sun in washington square park, near the building where i have my office. i still don't dare to go as close as i should when shooting this kind of shot. i didn't want to get in his way, and after taking a few photos, he turned around and looked at me as to let me know i did actually disturb him. i'm sorry about that.

i'm sort of blinded by the sun in my room as i post-process this image, so i guess i should really wait with posting it until i've had an opportunity to check it under normal lighting conditions later this afternoon, but what the heck... i post it anyway.
