i've finally decided on a new hosting company. thank's all for sharing your opinions and impressions of various hosts as a response to my post over at photoblogs.org a while ago. the buck stopped at wopsa.se, a swedish-based company with their servers in houston, dallas. i have approximately half of my traffic from dot com, dot net, and north america, so i figured it wouldn't hurt to have smudo.org on a server on the opposite side of the atlantic. i hope i'm not entirely wrong in my assumptions. i also hope to have the transfer completed in a couple of months. yes. months. why rush things if i have to pay a three months worth of fees to my old hosting company before they call the quits on our contract?

edit. i just realise i see more in this picture (as probably in all shots i've posted here) than is displayed by the sheer number of pixels posted. i see the reflection of the old birch in the puddle, i see my parents' cars, i see my son jumping around in the water, i see the grass and the apple trees, i feel the cold, and i sense the fact that the space i used to call my home is about to be sold.
