note to self #1: don't make reservations in the laundry room for a time immediately preceding that of mr and mrs A since they have a view of how things should be done completely different from that of everyone else. oh, and don't book a time following theirs either, as they tend to pin down six hours and then end up using only three. apparently, it is more important to be completely on your own in the laundry room, than make use of it in a time efficient way.

note to self #2: don't mess with any gear of mr B's lying around in the common areas of the house, or he'll come knocking on my door explaining things again. remember that we're all different, and what's no-big-a-deal for me might be a huge no-no to others.
