i attended the first international workshop on it-solutions for physical security today. interesting stuff indeed. and, no, before you ask; it was not about wireless stun guns. would've been kinda cool if it was though. anyway, as interesting as the talks were (my eyes were surprisingly open the whole day), sometimes they lost pace... which made me think of the talk by dick hardt on identity; he's the guy who makes a presentation of a couple of hundreds of slides in a, say, ten minutes work. swell, well worth a look. his technique would compress any lecture, workshop, or conference to half the size and double the fun.
